  • Inspiring!!

I’m at a crossroads for what I want to do with my real estate marketing career and I found Debbie’s podcast by just searching for “flipping houses.” As a woman, and especially a woman who is nervous about entrepreneurship, Debbie breaks it down so we’ll and shows how she provides the tools to gain confidence as a woman in business. I just signed up for a session, can’t wait to learn more!

  • Love these inspirational nuggets!

I enjoy listening to these while traveling on long road trips. Debbie is a house-flipping ‘Wonder Woman!’ I find the shows very inspiring and uplifting! The combination of unique storytelling-scenarios coupled with insider career tips keep you hanging onto every word. I am very keen on joining Debbie’s tribe someday, but personally in midst of relocating, and I know it’s about flipping somewhere you have established a ‘team!’

  • Blah blah right? Right?

I’ve listened to a portion of 5 of these episodes and had hoped to get something out of it but nada… it’s fluff and I haven’t learned a thing. So much more content with men hosting the podcast without the constant.. right? Right?? And all if the fluff… had high hopes but had to unsubscribe.. please offer more nitty gritty and don’t dumb it down… we’re trying to learn

One in particular, “Using OPM for 30K First Flip Profit in Indianapolis” (3/9/23) was GREAT! I appreciated how Tiffany and Sha-Hanna kept mentioning the importance of having a strong mind-set to endure whatever challenges came their way. They also talked about how they played off of each other’s strengths throughout. And, I noticed they would reference back to the coaching ... more
