It’s sad that mental health issues are still a subject of shame and stigma when the majority of people struggle with them at some point in life. Julia does a great job of making you feel like you aren’t so messed up after all. She is willing to be raw and real and brings on guests that don’t hide behind their credentials but get vulnerable too. A must listen.
