Glad to see this podcast back on a regular basis. Emma is an intelligent broadcaster with knowledge, empathy and an obvious love of beer and cider and the people who make it, which always seems to bring out the best of the people interviewed.
I always look forward to new episodes of Fermentation Radio. Emma Inch (producer & host ) always includes positive stories about beer and features interesting people to interview. I’ve discovered some very interesting breweries & beers through listening to the show. Cheers Emma!
Really enjoy the pods, very well polished and you get a true feel from the interviewees and their back stories. All the best!
As a homebrewer I listen to a lot of beery podcasts, this is one of the few that I anxiously await, each fortnight. The format is more like a variety radio program than a single subject per show but there is a central theme that link the segments. I’ve been listening for about a year and even though it’s based in the UK with most the breweries local to England and I’m in Australia I find the interviews quite enjoyable. Excellent work putting together an entertaining show
