These ladies are excellent at balancing the different perspectives of some very deep and common challenges - they have a wonderful way of illustrating different parts and ideas, like having two therapists at once. I always leave with insights and personal reflections, feeling validated where I don’t get this sort of connection with family or friends. Highly recommend and always look out for the next episode!

Two women discuss personal growth, mental health, and everyday emotional life with honesty, humor, and curiosity. Episodes center on goal setting, mental load, validation, inner critics, vulnerability, authentic living, and navigating relationships. The conversations blend psychology, coaching insights, and lived experience, often reframing common feelings (anxiety, guilt, self-doubt) as navigable by self-compassion and connection.
