Brandon always have the best advice and keeps me motivated on the road. I listen to his podcasts as I’m walking, hiking or driving and it gives me so much perspective on health, fitness and mindfulness.
Really liked hearing from the guest on this podcast however wish we heard more from her. I’m not sure if the host always does this but it seems like he really feels the need to over clarify and talk way too much. You have guests on the podcast to be guests, let them speak please...
This is an inspiring show that gives some great ideas for how to leave average behind. Even if you're not an MMA fighter or gym junkie you can get value from this show because the principles apply to everyone.
