這一集，我想談的不是死亡，而是如我們都曾有過的那份投射：把人生的價值綁在某個結果上。
「只要錄取就好」、「只要她回來我就能開始」、「只要明天一切會變好」……
我們用未來支撐今天，用盼望掩蓋空虛。但當那個承載所有希望的明天沒來，我們的世界就徹底崩塌。

這一集，我想談一個經典心理學實驗——羅森漢實驗。
1973 年，八位心理正常的人假裝有幻聽，被診斷為精神病並收治入院；即使恢復正常，他們的行為依然被詮釋為「症狀」。這場實驗揭露了「貼標籤效應」的深層結構：當社會先定義了「異常」，一切證據都會被重新排列來符合這個結論。
我們將從這起事件出發，討論「被定義」與「被理解」的差別。

本集，我想分享最近在花蓮水災現場當一日志工的經驗。
一開始只是單純的念頭——既然人都在花蓮，如果完全不去幫忙，好像說不過去。
結果，一到車站就被震撼到：月台滿滿都是人，來自全台各地的志工，自發性地擠爆清晨第一班列車。到了災區，看到厚厚的爛泥、泡爛的家具、牆壁上的水痕，我才真正明白：新聞畫面永遠傳達不了「失去」的真實。
而這趟經驗，帶給我三個深刻的體會：
1.實踐比思考更重要 ：付出一個小時，都比空想十年更有意義。
2.社會上的善意比想像多：網路充滿謾罵，但現場卻是無數默默流汗的人。
