So insightful, so easy to listen to, yet educational from life experience perspective.
Richie is a great interviewer!
I’ve never heard any podcast that is so open and honest when it comes to managing mental health and addiction issues. Definitely some insights that will help me understand it better and also plenty of very entertaining and positive chats. Fair play to Richie and producer Cillian.
Richie Sadlier is a good interviewer, and seems like a nice fellah, but he is drawn towards sadness. A bit like when Louis Theroux stopped doing the funny docs everyone loved and started interviewing methadone addicts, Richie insists upon mining guests for misery.
I’m sure many people will love this pod but I prefer to steer clear of podcast chats about depression, death and abuse.
Superb and timely show flying the flag for a positive and pragmatic approach to mental health. Fascinating to see how celebs and people who appear to ‘have it together’ are going through the same problems as many of us. Well done Richie and Killian.
