Me gusta, porque los conozco a los tres y siento que los veo sentados en una tertulia tomando mezcal. A distancia, veo al invitado más que un cocinero famoso. Logré percibir su lado más humano, la tierra en la que creció y se crió, dónde incursionó antes de caer en el mundo culinario, y eso es lo que llama mi atención, yo no conocía esa parte de Álvaro.
