Lizzie is clearly passionate about helping women learn about endo and what it means as they plan to build a family. She knows the difficulties of trying to conceive with endo, and shares her journey in the podcast. And she is a lovely person to listen to! Such a friendly voice. She has lots of great resources to help and encourages us to seek healthy ways to manage endo and ultimately conceive.
I wish I had found this podcast sooner in my fertility journey - there is so much to learn about Endometriosis and fertility that I didn’t know and that you just aren’t told by doctors. I love that Lizzie shares her personal experiences - I feel like I know her and can’t wait for more episodes to come soon!
I have researched information about endometriosis for years but when I came across this podcast I know I found a gold mine. I listened for about 3 months before Dr Alexander became my coach. She is so very thorough and will find the answer to your issue. The podcasts are a wealth of knowledge but if you want to know what is best for you, she will definitely get you on the right track if you are willing to do the work! These podcasts are a gift!
With years of experience, both personally and professionally, Lizzie has become a wealth of knowledge. Every time I listen to her podcast I learn something new in regards to how I see and care for my body. I’ve personally worked with Lizzie as my health coach and she’s helped me figure out a few underlying conditions that I would have never figured out on my own!
