    Just discovered this podcast. Wish I had known about it months ago. I am vegan and mostly only listen to vegan weight loss and lifestyle podcasters, but so glad I decided to give this one a try even though he is not vegan. The tips and guidance are sound, scientifically based, make sense and are easy to apply to a vegan diet.
