Not only is Rhiannon clearly highly qualified, but she has a sensible and balanced approach. The podcast covers a wide range of great topics with brilliant, diverse expert guests. I don’t have an excessive interest in nutrition but I still find this podcast really interesting; the insights go beyond nutrition too.
Very interesting discussions but the presenter needs to learn not to interrupt and talk over guests as this makes for a frustrating listen
