I love listening to these podcasts, the two hosts who are NHS GP’s are easy to listen to, they come across as very friendly and in my opinion they really engage with the listener. A really excellent podcast. Gentle, informed, intelligent and inspiring. Great balance of science and creative cooking ideas. Thanks to both of you for taking the time. You rock !!!!
This is a great podcast that explores the health benefits of a whole-food plant-based diet as well as top tips you can easily apply day to day. Presented by two UK GP’s who present the science clearly and enthusiastically and still have time to chat about what’s for dinner. With short nuggets and longer interviews, there’s a great variety of subjects worth tuning in to. Highly recommend.
