It’s refreshing to have a podcast supporting an evidence-based, whole food plant-based diet in the UK. The podcast is presented by NHS doctors, giving further credibility. The podcast is very informative and delivered with a professional style, whilst remaining honest and open to real-life challenges. An essential listen for those interested in nutrition and wellbeing.
