The episode with Dr Mary Ryan was really awful. A lot of nutrition misinformation which was not only wrong but hugely dangerous. I would expect better from two medical doctors. Root vegetables do not store sugar nor do woman need to limit their bread intake. From a nutrition professional who deals with undoing this damage daily - please screen who you are speaking to before letting it out to thousands of vulnerable listeners
Absolutely loved the series so far . My absolute favourite is Dr. Mary Ryan . Such a straight talking professional , Dr .Doireann made it easy listen to and to relate and easy to understand
