Doesn't talk about the topic at all.
I look forward to this each week and enjoy the variety of guests in the show. Karl is very flexible in his topics and so easy to listen to. His expertise and genuine interest in people and all health related topics is outstanding. Thanks Karl & Team 🎉👍🏻😎
Such a good variety of topics Karl. Loving the mix. From love to weight loss surgery. Highly recommend.
A quote from Karl in a podcast ‘the war in Ukraine and all that lovely stuff’…..what a choice of words. The person being interviewed was interesting but apart from that it’s a minus rating from me.
Karl knows what he’s talking about, nothing out of the ordinary that we all don’t know about. Listening to his podcasts helps my motivation after a 3 and a half stone weight loss. It was difficult but it’s also hard to maintain. Fell off the wagon during the summer but getting back on track from today.
It’s about the balance which I love and still having fun, food is to enjoy not to endure diet food. Well done Karl , your doing a great job 👏
