  • Last one with Mr Ricks is too political

Have listened faithfully to every podcast. Now that you had an obvious Anti trump person on could you put a Trump supporter on like Mark Levin who has written about our founders for years not just after he was shocked by an election. Totally turned off by last episode. If it continues to get political I will no longer listen.

  • Great Interviews

I have listened to many interesting interviews with people who really know their stuff. Sometimes the guest sound quality suffers from a poor phone line, but great content.

Q: How did you approach writing about these mass historical events?
By digging into 18th-century sources and letters, I discovered textures of history often overlooked in popular accounts.

Q: What was your big takeaway from this book?
The realization that the events leading to independence almost didn't happen and the struggle was more complex than the simple narrative we often hear.
E312: Douglas R. Dorney, Jr.: The Deadliest Seconds of the War
Q: From your research, how would you say it changed the dynamic of the region?
