This content is so life changing- practical and has completely altered how I think about things. She is down to earth, relatable and provides REAL tactics that actually work. I’ve gained so much from this podcast and Natalie’s incredible coaching. As she would say, “10 out of 10 recommend” :)
I’ve been a member of Natalie’s coaching program for 2 years now. She helps with so many things like weight loss, relationships, yelling. It’s all gold! Before getting pregnant, she helped me lose 15lbs. Then after pregnancy, she helped me lose the 38lbs that I had gained during pregnancy to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. And I did it in 6 months all while breastfeeding and maintaining a healthy milk supply for my baby. It broke my brain! On my prior pregnancies I had never lost a pound un... more
Where do I even begin?!? It’s as if Natalie can take every feeling and experience you have and verbalize it, break it down and make it make sense so that you have an awareness and skill set like no other. She is amazingly relatable and non judgmental. You literally feel as if you have known her forever. I am so grateful for Natalie Bacon and the Mom on Purpose podcast.

As a fellow mom of three, Natalie’s episodes feel like a deep breath in the middle of the chaos. Her tips are realistic and encouraging, and I especially loved the episode on habits and routines—getting dressed every day to feel good? YES. I remember living in Alaska with my first baby and realizing how important it was to feel like myself again. Natalie gets it. She’s like the wise, calm friend every mom needs. Thank you for showing up for us, Natalie, and congrats on your 50-lb weight loss—you... more
I started off liking this podcast and using it to soothe my inner-child, but the more I listen to it, the more the content appears cringe and male-centered. In one episode, Natalie tells someone who asked for advice about how to address her husband’s more aggressive parenting style to “not undermine him”. She very much appears to think that women should stay in their places. Honestly, husband undermined her first by telling wife that their child needs to stops being a crybaby, in front of child.... more
