Last week I turned 53, and I've found myself sitting with the lessons that took me decades and more than a few hard moments to truly understand. These aren't quick tips or things I read somewhere. They're the truths I learned by living them, the ones... more

I am a new, first-time mom and misread the episode title with Erin Port as “A 30-Year Plan for Moms” lol.
But if we put being sleep-deprived to the side and just focus on enjoying a few too many lukewarm coffees - this podcast is a great one.
And I am so happy the plan was a 3-stage one and not a 30-year one! :)
It’s all about being in the right space with the right people, and all about the communities.
This is a good one.
I really enjoyed What to Do When Your Values and Boundaries Collide with Mindi Huebner. Such useful tips especially about the need to make choices and lett some things go by the wayside when you go into a new season.
Been working through ALL of Megan’s podcasts starting Episode 1 because they’re just that good. Great practical thoughts, tips&material. I love how concise Megan is; she doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary chat and commentary. Plus she shares practical tips from her life&workday which helps me to apply to my life.
Megan’s systems stop me from spiraling over all the things I have to do and allow me to actually get stuff done!
Megan gets it and she’s helping us all get it too! 🙌🏻

This show centers on practical time management, planning systems, and boundaries for busy women balancing work and family. Episodes consistently explore how to structure weeks, days, and tasks to reduce overwhelm, with emphasis on actionable tips, realistic rhythms, and sustainable routines. A notable strength is the blend of hands-on frameworks (like hybrid paper/digital planning and multi-layer calendars) with candid stories from hosts and guests about real-life constraints, making productivity feel attainable rather than preachy. The format often weaves in sponsor integrations, but keeps the core focus on harmony between personal life and professional demands, appealing to listeners who want tangible improvement without burnout.
