I just found this podcast a couple of months ago and I appreciate the techiques and thoughts on how to make the most of my time.
I discovered this podcast about three years ago and have looked forward to starting my week with her ever since. I also have Anna’s book and have bookmarked and highlighted so many pages. Even after listening to all her episodes and reading her first book, I still learn something helpful each week from her. She just seems like she has a lot of wisdom to share. I appreciate her backstory because it is so relatable to someone who really wants to have it altogether and seems to constantly lose control. Thank you for sharing this with the world Anna! I look for... more

In one episode, Anna mentioned she “usually doesn’t have men on the podcast,” which I brushed off at the time. But as I kept listening, the overall vibe—like a casual... more
