  • Burnout relief

I really connected with And everything Michelle discussed. As a full time pharmacy manager and mom of 3 kids, burnout has definitely been an issue in my life. After listening to the podcast, I realized I tend to live in flight mode and, more recently, have gotten stuck in freeze mode more often than I would like to admit. I definitely plan to keep listening and learning ways to better manage life’s stressors!
