Gosh! Where do I start? Friday night, I typed into chatGPT “is there a book or podcast you can recommend on “owning it” as in “owning who I am, and stepping into the version of myself that I know is in there somewhere?” And boom! Tonya Leigh’s ‘School of Self-Image’ popped up!
I binge-listened Saturday morning, then got a cramp in my hand writing down so many notes. lol. Then decided that my first step, was asking myself “what does the new version of me love?” And I love books, and I deserve a... more
I’ve been a Tonya fan for years! It felt like she was a good friend, even though I’ve never met her. I still think she’s awesome, but lately she seems vapid, and unauthentic, making her un-relatable; she used to be more in your corner rooting for you. Where’s that personable woman gone? I still listen, just not as often. She’s not as inspiring.
Thank you, Tonya, for being my role model and inspiration. Your podcasts are the highlight of my morning commutes! Your wisdom, insights and down-to-earth coaching style truly resonate. I hope you write and publish a book in the near future!
Tonya gives very insightful advice. Her perspective is very much appreciated.
I found Tonya’s podcast several years ago when it was still “French Kiss Life”. I had just given birth to my second child and was struggling to find myself again. I have always loved all things French - food, language, culture, and style - so when I found this podcast I immediately felt like I had found a kindred spirit who was a bit ahead of me in life and who could be a mentor from afar. Tonya, thank you so much for the work that you do - I love your creativity and positive outlook on life. Al... more
