  • What is happening??

I love Tonya and this podcast, but I’m really scared that the newest revamp is changing the whole vibe of the show. I don’t know how to explain it, but I can hear the difference in her voice and delivery when she’s on camera for YouTube. I miss the Tonya that felt like you were talking with a friend. I miss her giggle and the intimacy she created. I was resigned to quietly losing the old podcast because I know things evolve and she’s a business woman, but this last episode was so disappointing. ... more

  • My reset lifeline

Gosh! Where do I start? Friday night, I typed into chatGPT “is there a book or podcast you can recommend on “owning it” as in “owning who I am, and stepping into the version of myself that I know is in there somewhere?” And boom! Tonya Leigh’s ‘School of Self-Image’ popped up!

I binge-listened Saturday morning, then got a cramp in my hand writing down so many notes. lol. Then decided that my first step, was asking myself “what does the new version of me love?” And I love books, and I deserve a... more

  • Subtle Shift

I’ve been a Tonya fan for years! It felt like she was a good friend, even though I’ve never met her. I still think she’s awesome, but lately she seems vapid, and unauthentic, making her un-relatable; she used to be more in your corner rooting for you. Where’s that personable woman gone? I still listen, just not as often. She’s not as inspiring.
