We wrap up this season of the CyclingTips podcast by talking about the unconfirmed but highly likely news that Mark Cavendish will join Astana. Can he break the Tour de France stage wins record with the new team? And where else could he have gone?
The question of where Mark Cavendish will ride in 2023 is still up in the air, but with Astana-Qazaqstan and Miguel Ángel López parting ways a potential spot has opened up over there. Plus, Colnago debuted their new V4R race bike, what's the deal wit... more
The ASO confirmed last week that the 2024 Tour will conclude with a time trial in Nice, but what does that mean for the riders eyeing yellow? Remco Evenepoel could be one of those riders, as he announced he would race the Giro d'Italia in 2023. more
This week Shoddy took over hosting duties to chat about Nairo Quintana, criteriums, and some cyclocross.

While the hosts often remind us of their bona fides as former racers and journalists, this nominal podcast, about a dying sport ruled by white men, is remarkable for its lack of insights, painful jokes, and the struggles of host Abbe Micke to use English in a coherent manner (she makes up at least three words per episode). Cannot recommend to anyone in good faith.
I note with pleasure that most journalists are leaving cycling tips because Outside decided to fire CT’s key assets. Most fans are leaving too. Outside, you have destroyed a brand - nice work dummies.
I will give Nerd alert all my attention and five stars if James Huang stays as helming it. With Caley as the face of this podcast, it was mediocre at best. There were often times where this podcast is aimless rambling with bad sound quality and people who’s voices are so compressed it’s hard to understand. I’m frankly glad Johnny has left the podcast as I didn’t feel he brought much to the podcast other than ANOTHER British voice to cycling.. if you fire someone, maybe you should take their face... more
The 5 stars is to hopefully boost the morale of the crew. I’ve been a longtime listener and overtime it seems they get more and more miserable every episode. Complaining about life and work in every intro and Abby always annoyed at everyone else. I understand the podcast isn’t the main part of your job and can get a bit redundant but no one wants to listen to a podcast with a “When it rains it pours” attitude.
Amy Jones is pretty annoying eh?
