I don’t normally write reviews but this pod has some of the best coaching and insight I’ve heard in 20 years of riding. Wish I’d had these cues when I started. Spiral episodes and How to Pedal are must listens if you’ve been struggling with injuries that won’t go away.
As former pros and Boulder residents we have had a great time finding and listening to Colby and his post casts. Not only is he educational and entertaining, but very inspirational. His guests are top class. At one point we wondered why his episodes would be so lengthily, but now we know why! Loads of information and topics. Thank you Colby!
