  • Struggling with injuries? Listen.

I don’t normally write reviews but this pod has some of the best coaching and insight I’ve heard in 20 years of riding. Wish I’d had these cues when I started. Spiral episodes and How to Pedal are must listens if you’ve been struggling with injuries that won’t go away.

  • Excellent and highly recommended!

As former pros and Boulder residents we have had a great time finding and listening to Colby and his post casts. Not only is he educational and entertaining, but very inspirational. His guests are top class. At one point we wondered why his episodes would be so lengthily, but now we know why! Loads of information and topics. Thank you Colby!

  • Great Podcast on Bike Fitting and More

I have read a lot of Steve Hogg’s stuff on bike fitting and in looking for someone in the US found Colby and then his podcast. These are great podcasts as while they deal with bike fitting they touch on so much more since how you fit your bike is not just about seat height, crank length, stem length and the other usual suspects.

Colby touches on a lot of areas and there are great conversations with his guests. I may have “conformational bias” but I think if you listen to the podcasts you will... more
