I don’t normally write reviews but this pod has some of the best coaching and insight I’ve heard in 20 years of riding. Wish I’d had these cues when I started. Spiral episodes and How to Pedal are must listens if you’ve been struggling with injuries that won’t go away.
As former pros and Boulder residents we have had a great time finding and listening to Colby and his post casts. Not only is he educational and entertaining, but very inspirational. His guests are top class. At one point we wondered why his episodes would be so lengthily, but now we know why! Loads of information and topics. Thank you Colby!
There are a lot of cycling podcasts out there pushing certain topics that can be super useful for training and racing. This podcast doesn’t start or end there. This podcast can help you on and off the bike. I feel like I’m being spoken to.

Colby touches on a lot of areas and there are great conversations with his guests. I may have “conformational bias” but I think if you listen to the podcasts you will... more
