WELL WORTH THE LISTEN!
I’m using English for work purposes my whole life, but unfortunately this podcast is unusable for me. Even the intro phrase “This is customer experience leaders” is not acoustically understandable for me. Instead of “leaders”, I can only recognise “leathers”, “laters” or “letters”.
I discovered this podcast 2 weeks ago and have already listened to a tonne of episodes. These guys really know how to deliver a great CX podcast, for the concepts that really help to have a visual they provide links to diagrams and examples. Unlike some of the marketing and business podcasts out there you actually want to listen to Michael and Adam, they are entertaining and straight to the point.
Love this podcast! Very practical insights across a wide range of industries.
