  • Australian English + Poor Audio Quality

    I’m using English for work purposes my whole life, but unfortunately this podcast is unusable for me. Even the intro phrase “This is customer experience leaders” is not acoustically understandable for me. Instead of “leaders”, I can only recognise “leathers”, “laters” or “letters”.

  • Amazing CX resource and entertaining

    I discovered this podcast 2 weeks ago and have already listened to a tonne of episodes. These guys really know how to deliver a great CX podcast, for the concepts that really help to have a visual they provide links to diagrams and examples. Unlike some of the marketing and business podcasts out there you actually want to listen to Michael and Adam, they are entertaining and straight to the point.

  • Great content, great format, awesome Podcast

    I have been listening to a lot of Customer Experience content in the last year due to a career move and I have to say that this is by far my favourite podcast. Adam and Michael are very refreshing to listening to, not only for the great content, but the format, the wrap up takeaways at the end makes it great to bring you back to the highlights of the episode and the quickfire rounds adds great dynamics to the experience.

    Was interviewed by them for the PODcast. Professionals. Had a lot of fun, while going deep on the content. Did not feel rushed to record it, they let the story take shape, and allowed the flexible agenda to take us where the story would lead. Awesome.
