  • Fossil fuel ad ep missed mark

I don’t know guys I feel like it could have been useful to have done some more research for the fossil fuel ep. Some of the facts were incorrect and the assertion that the Netherlands wants to undermine the fourth estate is weird… I was so excited to listen to the ep to see what you had to offer on this issue but the convo lacked evidence and nuance.

  • Very challenging to listen to

To hear that two people I respect seem quite comfortable with the future of media being based on predictive digital provider services and not the value of creative humans gave me great pause.

'Make it stand out like dogs balls'; Building businesses with Charlie Gearside
Q: How did your early career shape your approach to advertising and building platforms?
Early experiences at M&C and Special, paired with hands-on work in award schools, taught him the value of intense, practical practice, mentorship, and the importance of combining creativity with a data-driven approach to scale campaigns.
We speak to Sir Martin Sorrell
Q: So Martin, to that point there about some of the organizational benefits to AI adoption there, have you got any sort of examples of exactly how a workflow might be changing?
Yes. There are five core areas: visualization and copywriting with fewer people but higher-output roles, personalization at scale, media planning and buying evolving as clients take more in-house capability, general efficiency through cloud-based, AI-enabled production, and democratizing knowledge to flatten hierarchies and improve cross-team collaboration.

Q: What is the product truth that makes Instacart's advertising effective?
Instacart allows you to get your groceries just how you like, offering customer control in their service as highlighted in the ad.
Super Bowl: The winners of advertising's biggest day of the year
Q: As a viewer, what is different about seeing an ad during the Super Bowl versus seeing an ad during our home and away back home?
The platform itself is known as an advertiser platform and the consumers sit there waiting to see what brands do and rate the ads, making it a moment for genuine creative competition.
Robots, John Lewis & Coca Cola
Q: What's your take on JP Morgan's new skyscraper?
It's a massive investment in urban development and fosters energy and ambition in the city.
