Helpful, nerdy and insightful + funny, charming & easy on the eyes. You’ve found your host Keila, a literal “get you a girl who can do both” meme. A must listen pod!
This is such a great podcast that destigmitazies the issue around public health. The guests that come on the show add such great insight.
Super relatable interviews and smart point of view. Highly recommend!
I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning, and the one thing that I really love about it is how honest and relatable the host is. I also really appreciate all of the entertainment people she interviews, and their experiences with mental health issues. Being in the entertainment industry myself, it helps to not feel alone and know that other people have similar experiences, while also offering inspiration.
I love it so much because of how young i am my parents don’t think my mental health is bad or that i don’t have stress or anxiety and my mental health is so low right now even as I’m typing this the acting is getting harder i would kill to be anyone else right now or just my friend i would kill to be her
