  • Are you Confused?

This podcast will bring clarity to your situation. Heidi has a knack for getting into the weeds of toxic dynamics, explaining how they really work. I don’t appreciate how she refers to herself as Dr. Heidi (must be a chiropractor thing?) but it’s irrelevant in this context and feels completely unnecessary and even a bit misleading.

  • Disappointing

I was really hoping to gain insight into toxic relationships based on the episode titles, but I found the actual content quite limited. It feels like many of the episodes are more focused on promoting her paid program than offering real, helpful information. There’s a lot of vague talk, but very few practical takeaways — basically, you have to pay to actually get the value. Disappointing, and honestly felt like a waste of time.
