I’m so grateful for Beth and Eliza who share so generously from their own experience and wisdom and also bring in others to join in conversations about counseling topics from a biblical perspective. I appreciate that they are willing to engage in many different topics and always encourage their listeners to do their own research in light of Scripture. I’m not a counselor- simply a lay person who has had the immense privilege of listening to the stories of those who are hurting. The episodes in t... more
This podcast is an amazing resource for Christian helpers. I’m an LPC-A who works as a Christian counselor. The information shared by Beth and Eliza is so supportive and confidence-building. I love how everything leads back to God and His purpose for us. Thank you ladies!! Keep up the great work!
This podcast is such a gift. Both Beth and Eliza are relatable, knowledgeable, and gracious in how they share their wisdom and resources. I’m so grateful that wise people in this field do not want to keep their wisdom for themselves but want to multiply. I also LOVE the guests they bring on the show. Most of them I have been familiar with but the ones I have not know about have added to my list of resources in incredible ways. Thank you, ladies!
This podcast is an absolute gift. I was just discussing a topic with friends and the next episode that was posted was exactly what I needed. So thankful.
My two favorite genres of podcast are mental health and Christianity and this combines both perfectly. Too often we separate our spiritual health and our physical/mental health but this podcast reminds us that it’s a holistic thing. They are so friendly and personable, it’s like having a chat with two very wise friends who give the best advice ever.

Conversations center on mental health, faith, and practical pastoral care, often pairing biblical guidance with evidence-based psychology. Episodes frequently feature clinicians, pastors, and Christian authors discussing trauma, grief, resilience, and healthy leadership within faith communities. A notable strength is bringing diverse guest voices—from biblical counselors to ministry leaders—to explore tough topics with compassion, practical strategies, and a faith-informed lens. The show stands out for its blend of pastoral warmth and clinical insight, plus a willingness to tackle difficult subjects (trauma, addiction, miscarriage, LGBTQ+ topics) in supportive, community-oriented ways that aim to equip listeners and practitioners alike.
