  • S3 E7 Full of Errors

You all use a lot of examples that don’t even fit the narrative you’re trying to create and push (Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, etc.). Liberal law professors, and especially Deans, are quite out of touch with the actual sentiment on the ground, as we’ve seen time and time again in public polling, particularly around policing.

  • Season 3 Is Bad

Add this podcast to the list of things gone wrong in the pursuit of equity instead of equality. Season 3 is a sharp departure from the quality legal podcast this used to be. The episodes are no longer focused on real legal topics and often are not even based on fact. A great example is bringing a Prof for the AI episode that doesn’t have a background in this and doesn’t even understand anti-subordination and anti-classification doctrine.

  • One of the best legal podcasts

Great guests, excellent interviews, and great production. Easily accessible to non-lawyers, aspiring lawyers or practicing lawyers. Can’t recommend highly enough.
