  • Lisa Hartman, what’s never said

Not only was Lisa assassinated her husband, and her dog were murdered. And another democratic senator and his wife were shot a horrific number of times by the same killer. My husband who was shot I believe nine times was released from the hospital in late July and will be undergoing rehab rehabilitation for the rest of his life, and I believe his wife may still be in the hospital

If an elected official of the Republican Party Was assassinated. I assure you they would tell us 100 times about t... more

  • Great show! One complaint

Just listened to the podcast around criminalization of pregnancy. A really important topic. And a topic that impacts women! Stop using the term pregnant people. It minimizes the impact on pregnant women! Women are the people being persecuted under these laws! If you want to make a statement And get people to rally behind the cause, you need to focus on the fact that it is women who are being persecuted, not pregnant people.

“Color-Blind” Admissions Continue to Hurt Us
Q: What does this indictment mean for Comey and the Justice Department?
It could represent a severe politicization of the Department of Justice, undermining its integrity and creating a precedent for using federal power against political opponents.
How To Fix Our Broken Constitution
Q: What happens to a constitution that is dead, dead, dead, and to a nation that feels unable to change it?
It questions how might the United States have become a more perfect union had the constitution been allowed to change and grow and breathe?
How To Fix Our Broken Constitution
Q: Can we start, not with the founding, but I want to talk about the discipline of history and how you approach your study of it?
I often think that history gets sort of a weird rap because there are a lot of alchemists out there and historians are the chemists, but everybody thinks we're also the alchemists.
When Trump Hits New Jersey, This Lawyer Hits Back
Q: What's the role for the New Jersey Attorney General's Office in light of recent communications from the Trump administration regarding reproductive rights?
We enforce state laws that protect access to reproductive health care and ensure safety for those seeking it in New Jersey.
When Trump Hits New Jersey, This Lawyer Hits Back
Q: How do you handle protecting your residents from federal policies that undermine state rights?
We utilize state laws and enforce protections enshrined in New Jersey's constitution against federal encroachments.
