Main Justice is the next era of legal analysis from Andrew Weissmann and Mary McCord, the veteran lawyers behind the hit podcast Prosecuting Donald Trump. As the criminal cases against Trump wind down and his new administration comes to power, Andrew and Mary draw on their extensive experience working within the Department of Justice to break down what’s happening inside Trump’s DOJ. Each week, th... more

I can’t find how to send questions to you so my apologies for using “Review” to send my question. Is there a way to preemptively bring a case to SCOTUS before a crime has occurred? For example, could SCOTUS rule that elections cannot be nationalized before Trump actually takes steps in that direction (and succeeds)? It seems that waiting for it to become a reality will be too late to bring that case to SCOTUS.
Admire the passion and brilliance of these two legal experts as they delve into headline cases and ones that have slipped under the radar. Their crackling wit and pursuit of justice are beacons for hard times. Thank you! I will subscribe to support this service :)
I first watched Andrew Weissmann when I had access to what was at the time called MSNBC (now known as MSNOW) during the first Drumpf** regime. I no longer have cable since I’m retired, disabled, and living on my pension, but I continue to watch clips on YouTube, and I now subscribe to the premium version of this podcast. I appreciate Andrew and Mary’s teamwork. They explain what’s happening and also why it’s important to pay attention. They make their feelings known, but still tell me the facts.... more
Love the show. Love you guys. But keeping the Fulton County FBI raid episode to just subscribers leaves a whole bunch of your audience without analysis of what is probably one of the most terrifying events of the last year. This truly threatens our democracy.
I wait every week to hear from Andrew & Mary covering important legal issues and I learn so much every time I listen to them. They are priceless resources!! I watch them on MSNOW, everywhere else I can find them.
However, teasing coverage of the Fulton County TRAVESTY this week in today’s episode with full coverage ONLY FOR PREMIUM SUBSCRIBERS left me bewildered. Such an unprecedented BETRAYAL OF THE SANCTITY OF STATE ELECTIONS surely is significant enough THAT EVERY CITIZEN NEEDS TO UNDERSTAN... more
