First off, thank you guys so much for all of your hard work putting these podcasts together. My walks and runs are so much more thought-provoking and stretching because of this content.
Perhaps my favorite thing is putting an episode on while my son is in the car and listening to 5-10 minutes before we pause and discuss, and then another 5-10 minutes to unpack more.
