  • Sometimes a 1 and sometimes a 5

I will always listen to an interview with David French as well as Drew. But this business of cutting off episodes and demanding subscriptions has got to go it is an annoying and very disappointing approach.

  • Great podcast but stop interrupting!

I find Skye’s podcasts so insightful and French Fridays in particular help me put words behind much of what I believe. But am I the only one who is so distracted and frankly annoyed by how much Skye interrupts his guests?! It feels so disrespectful and self-important.

  • Pseudo Intellectualism and open dishonest

Skye Jethani illustrates why participation in Christian Supremacy should not be trusted. Consider his position on technology; as I summarize it “Internet is destructive and evil.” Perhaps he is correct as he uses the Internet to condemn those who do not follow his brand. Like all Christians, he considers himself chosen by God and those who disagree with him condemned to hell.

  • Thank you Skye!

French Friday has been one of my favorite all-time podcasts. Thank you for doing this each month. It’s helping me maintain sanity. For those of us who grew up conservative and have been trying to navigate through the morass of circumstances the last five years this has been a lifeline to me and my family. Thank you!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

French Friday: Can We Redefine Christian Zionism?
Q: Is the only solution to anti-Semitism Zionism, or Zionism as defined by the most radical proponents of the Jewish state?
The argument against the idea of Israel as a Jewish state is understandable in the abstract, but given the history of persecution of Jews, many believe that a Jewish state is necessary for their security.
The SkyePod - Air Mail
Q: What are your thoughts on participating in interfaith outreach?
Skye believes it is essential to partner with anyone who is committed to the well-being of their neighbors, regardless of religious beliefs, and that love should be an expression of faith, not a tactic for evangelism.
Todd Deatherage: Israel/Hamas War Update
Q: Do you think Israel made a strategic error, if not a moral error, in its response to the attacks on October 7th?
Yes, Israel could have responded differently to maintain global sympathy and focus on hostage rescue instead of launching a full-scale attack.
Todd Deatherage: Israel/Hamas War Update
Q: Give us your take on where are we in this conflict.
The Israeli military has killed thousands of militants but has not eliminated Hamas' ability to launch attacks, nor have they retrieved all hostages. The war has incurred significant Palestinian casualties and destruction.
French Friday: 2026 Predictions
Q: Will we see the coalescing of a movement to amend the Constitution in 2026?
Yes, probable, because it's already moving and could become a central issue in the 2028 presidential campaign.
