    I’ve read the book. I switched to the podcast hoping for a different tone. As an Emergency Department Nurse , we deal with many of the same situations at work. We’ve been physically assaulted by patients walking into triage, guns have been brought into our department, had horrible shifts, prevented multiple people from dying for 12 hours, protecting patients from accidental hospital injuries from the wrong medication or a physical injury.
