  • Emotionally invested yet objective

    This podcast is obviously a labor of love—when SDFC does well, Craig, Tony and Alex are genuinely enthusiastic, and when the team struggles, you can hear the frustration underlying their constructive criticism. Just like the team’s fans, these guys care as if the team has been around for decades. We are witnessing one of the most exciting team debuts in soccer history, and San Diego sports history, and having the Chromaniacs along for the ride to break it down in real time makes it all the more ... more

  • Excessive commercial interruptions

    I have no problem with podcasters trying to get revenue from their work with the use of commercials. But I listened to one episode here that had continuous commercial interruptions. It seemed like about every 10 minutes they were inserted haphazardly right in the middle of conversations. Made the whole experience unlistenable.
