Chakras + Sex + Relationships

Disappointing. Not what you think you’re gonna hear from a podcast with “chakra” in the title. This is a Christian based sex therapy podcast that does a very poor job of integrating the concept of chakra work.

Very appreciative of Eliza’s perspective as a woman of color, trained energy practitioner and sex therapist. The overlap of all 3 has been really resonating with me lately and this podcast has done a lot to provoke thought and development in those spaces. She’s very relatable and has picked great discussion topics and guests. Episodes also aren’t too long, perfect to listen to while taking a walk or doing chores.

I love the podcast for the most part, but I think it spoke a bit too much about people of color being victims. Part of healing is knowing that you are in control of your life and realizing that you are not a victim. It’s what you choose to do with your circumstances that matter.

I am so happy I found your podcasts. I nearly lost it when I saw you had started a second season. Listening to your podcast have helped me begin my journey in learning more about myself and work on better relationships. I am excited to see what is to come. Thank you

I was looking for a podcast to learn more about chakras. I fell upon this podcast and it was definitely no mistake I found it! The information provided was super interesting & I look forward to listening to more of her podcasts!

I just found your podcast yesterday and have been addicted since the first minutes of episode 1. You hit so many key points that I believe are so accessible

This has easily become one of my fav podcasts. It’s so digestible and easy to understand. I love having this as a support in my healing journey.

First let me start by saying your voice is super soothing (perfect for a podcast) I first became aware of you on the “cultivating her” podcast and when I heard your voice and what you were discussing I automatically went and subscribed to your podcast! Episode 4 and the episode about femininity really really resonated with me. I can’t wait for more, thank you for what you’re doing!

This podcast is informative without being heavy. Eliza’s voice is soothing and the information she provides is digestible. I’d describe this podcast as “easy listening with good vibes”. Big “Flow and Ease” energy!
