I like the way the presenters highlighted the importance of corporate culture when planning a takeover of an company.
Oftentimes corporate culture is the least considered factor given the fact that arranging the financing of the takeover is oh so time consuming and goes on to the last minute.
One can only hope this will be a lesson especially for ambitious CEOs.
