I’ve listened to a lot of beer industry podcasts but this is the Bible of all for starting a brewery. Only a few episodes in but the content is so well presented, people would pay big $$$ to a consultant to be advised the way this podcast is educating its audience. Kudos guys!
These guys really present each episode with purpose. You can see how much thought and detail has gone into not just each episode but the whole podcast series. Can’t wait for more of the topic specific content especially on equipment sourcing.
