UNMASKING THE MACHINE: WHISTLEBLOWING, THE CDC, THE MILITARY AND THE HIDDEN COSTS OF “MEDICINE” — WITH Dr. JAY BERNSTEIN
Q: Why did you decide to speak up about these issues within such powerful institutions?
A combination of personal experiences, witnessing corruption, and a belief that truth and data should guide public health decisions, even when it means challenging authority and risking professional consequences.
Kimberly Harter: Transmuting a Decade of Illness Through Brain Rewiring, Cold Water Therapy, Breathwork, and More
Q: What role did brain retraining play in your recovery?
Brain retraining, especially the DNRS program, served as a practical framework to rewire the limbic system, reduce sensory overload, and enable incremental improvements in eating, social activity, and overall function.
Kimberly Harter: Transmuting a Decade of Illness Through Brain Rewiring, Cold Water Therapy, Breathwork, and More
Q: How did your experience with conventional medicine influence your pathway to healing?
Initial reliance on Western medicine gave way to frustration after many forms of treatment failed, leading to exploration of integrative and brain-retraining approaches that ultimately empowered self-directed healing.
Kimberly Harter: Transmuting a Decade of Illness Through Brain Rewiring, Cold Water Therapy, Breathwork, and More
Q: What is your definition of the 'perfect storm' that led to your illness, and what was yours like?
It was a cascade where multiple life changes—relationships, moves, and stressors—converged to create a new, severe health reality, including a pivotal anaphylactic event in college that reshaped daily functioning and language processing.
REVISITING BIRTH WISDOM, MEDICAL INTUITION, and THE NEW EARTH MOTHER with KELLY MEEHAN
Q: What is your process when you look at either somebody else or even yourself, what is the actual process that unfolds in order for you to see what needs to be seen for another person who's sick or for yourself?
Her process involves reading energy, mapping it to a form she can describe, and guiding clients through a non-doom, action-oriented plan. She uses a quadrants approach, notes, and diagrams to translate energy into tangible insights, emphasizing that healing often requires addressing past energies rather than solely current symptoms.
