  • Real Talk with Real People

I loved the latest episode with Esty from The Comfort Zone. It was super informative but also full of heart for the women dealing with addict spouses. I felt seen and heard but also respected for the situation I’m in. I think this episode should be heard by both spouses because it really touches on so many parts. These kinds of discussions are so important to have and I hope to hear more!

  • Very Genuine

Love the podcast. Always positive energy. Sunny is just so innocent and genuine.

I love how he thinks in non binary terms. He makes a living off providing therapy for others. Yet understands the importance of making therapy affordable for all.

  • Flatbush girl is cookoo

Host should’ve done a modicum of research before having the most famous aguna advocate on, he literally took her word at face value numerous times throughout the podcast.

In the first twenty minutes I heard her misrepresent Halacha numerous times.

For example as opposed to what she said Gittin can be given with a tnai (with exceptions).

Additionally rabbonim have called for the abolition of all toenim, men too.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

A Deep Dive Into The World Of Alternative Healing | With Levi Saada
Q: Why not just do an ayahuasca ceremony instead of breathwork?
Breathwork offers control and safety, since you are in charge of your own breath and pace, unlike substances which carry risks and require a guided setting. It can provide a peak experience without ingesting a substance, though integration remains essential.
A Deep Dive Into The World Of Alternative Healing | With Levi Saada
Q: What exactly is breathwork, and how does it differ from other transformative experiences?
Breathwork is a technique to over-oxygenate the body through different breathing patterns, which signals the brain that it's safe to lower defenses and access deeper emotions. It is not therapy on its own but a peak experience that should be complemented by integration and, ideally, professional therapy.
Sharing Her Story Changed Her Life | With Chaya Chanin
Q: How did the public sharing affect your community and family dynamics?
Sharing brought both validation and scrutiny; many families reached out with appreciation and questions, while some in the community initially felt exposed. Over time, it fostered a broader conversation about support, especially for spouses and kids, and helped normalize seeking help.
Sharing Her Story Changed Her Life | With Chaya Chanin
Q: What made you decide to go public about your life with your husband's addiction and recovery?
The decision emerged from a desire to connect with an audience through vulnerability, to show that recovery is a family journey, and to provide a real, human witness that could help others see they are not alone.
From Canvas to Shlichus: The Rebbe’s Faith in My Art | With Michoel Muchnik
Q: What is your rooftop yell to the world?
All of us have much more in us than we give room to let happen.
