Hi, I'm the former spouse of a man with BPD. "Former" not for lack of love from either side! But After nearly 5 years of up and down, we were so exhausted. My husband had had BPD diagnoses from several doctors before but wasn't in a place to try DBT, which I had suggested both of us try.
