This podcast provides context and covers content that my DBT group therapy doesn’t because of time. I love the way the hosts give case scenarios that are relatable and real. I am grateful to have started DBT group 6 weeks ago as it has made such an impact that 20+ years of CBT had not, and I am grateful for this podcast for being such a wonderful complement to group therapy.
This podcast is like nothing else available. So many useful tools for mental health. Thank you ladies
As an MSW student completing my practicum at a mental health clinic, I’ve found this podcast incredibly helpful in simplifying DBT. I’ve read numerous articles and watched countless YouTube videos on the subject, but nothing has made the application of DBT in practice as clear and accessible as this podcast. The role plays are especially valuable, they bring the skills to life in such a practical way. Thank you for creating such a useful resource and helping a sister out!
I’ve read like five DBT workbooks and I think DBT is wonderful; it really works for me. However, I’m coming out of three years of chronic stress and I just can’t sit down and study DBT right now. But I want to re-familiarize myself with the tools and skills. It’s given me a really interesting idea for a capstone project. I might be reaching out if I can get my advisor’s buy-in. Thank you for making DBT so accessible!
So amazing
