    My OCD onset was at the age of 19, and I lived undiagnosed/misdiagnosed with GAD until I was 25. Resources like this are livesaving! I realized I had OCD from seeing an instagram ad, after spending $1000’s on therapy. I can’t state enough how people like Alegra are changing the narrative. Incredible person and incredible podcast.
