I’m not a teen nor do I have one but I found this podcast incredibly soothing and comforting. I’ve suffered from anxiety my whole life. I wish I had had someone in my teens to talk to instead of people just saying “you worry too much” or “stop worrying”, neither of which are helpful. Jessica’s voice is so soothing and you can tell she truly cares.
