Do not let the host’s name Prairie Rose put you off. Prairie has a welcoming personality and she gets serious names on her show and gets on with them well. She also knows her stuff. It’s occasionally ‘look at me’, sometimes butting in and telling the audience where she has travelled and cocktail bars she frequented etc. but I guess it’s her show.
It’s a lot better than most cocktail podcasts which can either be a bit slow with blokes being serious or others which are a bit lightweight.
Not only does this podcast feature the most interesting guests in the biz, but Prairie really knows her stuff. It’s polished, informed, and fascinating. I’m also in love with her IG and blog—this fox knows what she’s doing! 🦊🔥
BBaF is great! Informative, succint, great interview questions and banter, and very professional production. Would absolutely recommend for booze nerds!
First time ever leaving a review for a podcast, despite being a voracious and avid listener, but I felt compelled to leave a review on the latest episode with Anna. I so thoroughly enjoyed this conversation - it was humorous, endearing and interesting (to say the least) and I would love to see more interviews that shed light on the mental health aspect that often times is tied to drinking culture. Really enjoyed this and thank you for sharing such a wonderful conversation with your fans!
Bit by a Fox is everything you could want in a podcast - a little history, a fun, fantastic host, aspirational travel stories and of course cocktails! Prairie Rose has a fresh, approachable style that makes you feel like her friend and learn not only some fascinating information about the booze world and beyond, but some great tips along the way.
