Reviews

4.7 out of 5 stars from 73 ratings
  • Great post game interviews

I really appreciate having access to the player & coach interviews in this format vs the videos. & it’s actually easier to hear the questions in this format. Thank you! Plus there are a few shorter pod type content messages as well. Nice for a quick recap of perspective from the guys reporting on the team. I’m not a fan of the 30-45 minute talks. 15-20 minutes works with my schedule.

08-15 Josh Allen Postgame
Q: How was the balance of involving DJ early and keeping other weapons involved?
The plan is to involve DJ early and often because it creates multiple threats and keeps the defense honest, while we still rely on other players like Khalil, Dalton, and Dawson to stretch the field and keep us versatile.
08-15 Josh Allen Postgame
Q: What did you take away personally from getting extended live reps with a new setup on the sideline?
Live reps with the new coaching dynamic on the sideline highlighted the importance of clear communication, understanding checks, and staying decisive under pressure, which will help us function more smoothly when similar looks occur in the regular season.
08-15 Joe Brady Postgame

Josh repeatedly took hits and kept driving the offense, showing resilience and willingness to push through contact, which the staff viewed as valuable for growth.
08-15 Joe Brady Postgame
Q: How did you balance the added responsibilities of headset coordination with your core duties as head coach?
The approach was to stay engaged, maintain clear communication, and rely on the team to execute; there was no moment of being overwhelmed, and intentionality guided the process.
08-18 Maxwell Hairston
Q: How have you been able to keep up not being able to be on the field with a new defense under Jim Leonard?
I relied on notes, film, and the installation process that started in OTAs, then aimed to execute everything faster once on the field.
