  • Great podcast

To Coach McDermott haters you are wasting your energy.

Bills would have to miss playoffs for 3 yrs in a row before Bills owner even considered firing him.

McDermott has a good culture, that’s important when a vet player has to go home and tell his wife…Honey pack up our stuff we’re moving to Buffalo

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Rex Ryan Comparison: How Jim Leonhard's Bills D-Line Mirrors the 2006 Ravens
Q: What do you think about the defensive changes and the pairing of Jim Leonard with Joe Brady?
The combination is viewed as potentially very impactful, with Leonard bringing a proven defensive approach and Brady continuing to shape the offensive side; the key is how these two coordinators coordinate to maximize talent, especially given the new pieces up front.
Why everyone should buy Ed Oliver stock for 2026 & which All Pro DT provided road map 👀
Q: Parrino, why are you setting this up to have me believe in Ed Oliver once again?
The hosts explain that Oliver has shown flashes of dominance in past seasons, and with Leonard's scheme aiming to unleash his athleticism and flexibility, there's a real expectation that he could turn into a game-changing disruptor if given the freedom and the right matchup opportunities.
Is KC Concepcion the Bills' NEXT Stefon Diggs? 💎 | Mock Draft Scenarios w/ Chris Trapasso
Q: If KC Concepcion is on the board, is he the Bills' best pick at 26 despite other positional options?
Yes, the panelist argues Concepcion would be the Bills' pick if he's available, due to his elite yards-after-catch potential, separator ability, and fit with Josh Allen, despite some occasional drops.
Spinning through some top options for Bills in first round & beyond w/ NFL draft analyst
Q: Given Terrell Bernard's injury history, how much should Buffalo rely on him and how might that influence their approach to the draft?
Buffalo will likely treat Bernard as a potential long-term piece but hedge with multiple linebackers, ensuring competition and depth behind him. This means the Bills could target another linebacker early or land a versatile defender who can play multiple spots, ensuring pressure on the lineup regardless of Bernard's availability.
Spinning through some top options for Bills in first round & beyond w/ NFL draft analyst
Q: Nick, how are you feeling about this draft season and what are the Bills most likely to prioritize at 26?
The Bills are balancing linebacking depth with the need for pass rush and potential playmaking on defense, while also considering receiver options if a top target falls. Jacob Rodriguez stands out as a versatile middle linebacker option, and there are edge rushers who could slide into 26 given a crowded class, but the board will drive the decision more than any single need map.
