I heard your recent podcast that you can’t live another year with McBean if the Bills don’t win the Super Bowl.

  • First 20 minutes

The first 20 minutes of the show is always the best. The banter is excellent. The rest of the show is great too, but I always like the off-topic amusing way they usually start the show. Great rapport between Schopp and Bulldog. Only critiques are that they should update some of the intros and I hate the random fan call-in segments.

  • Ross

I’m sure Ross isn’t really that dumb to think the holidays are somehow diminished in CA. Be better Ross. And not so simple, parochial, and frankly offensive.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Brian Koziol and the drama with Bryson DeChambeau
Q: So Brian, what happened here?
Brian Koziol walks through the sequence: DeChambeau's drive into the fescue, the spotters signaling a potential infraction, the assessment of a two-stroke penalty after video review, and the subsequent protest and media silence that added layers to the incident.
Mike Dempsey and the State of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bills Fantasy hopes
Q: What is your take on the top quarterback options in drafts this year and where does Trevor Lawrence fit?
Trevor Lawrence should be considered in the upper tier but perhaps not at a price equal to the very top signal-callers; however, he has shown the ability to produce top-five fantasy totals when the team is clicking, especially in the latter part of the season. He represents a solid upside pick, especially in leagues that reward high-volume passing and rushing upside.
Mike Dempsey and the State of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bills Fantasy hopes
Q: How do you feel about the Jaguars' offense and the fantasy outlook for their receivers?
The Jaguars have a high upside with Trevor Lawrence, and players like Brian Thomas and Parker Washington could offer value depending on the draft spot and how roles are defined in camp. Washington showed late-season promise, while Thomas has been the more dynamic playmaker when healthy. The team's receiver mix could create competing targets, making late-round value and best-ball strategy appealing.
Are the Sabres done in free agency
Q: You told me you were impressed with Colten Ellis through it. Was it one of those situations, too, where maybe Colten kind of moved ahead of him and somebody that maybe you were counting on a little bit more?
The GM reflects on Colten Ellis' development and notes that growth and depth were factors in roster decisions, while highlighting that negotiations and evaluations are ongoing and that a strong core, plus opportunities for young players, remain a priority.
Travis Yost Breaks Down Potential Hellebuyck Trade to Buffalo
Q: What's your thought on the likelihood of a Hellebuyck trade after July 1, given cap space and market dynamics?
Travis Yost explains that while post-July 1 trades are rarer due to cap constraints, the deal remains plausible because Hellebuyck's value and Winnipeg's willingness to cash in could drive a deal, especially if the Sabres can assemble a premium package that aligns with Winnipeg's high asking price.
