I tried to listen to this because I love New Orleans and love to hear stories about it but I agree with most of the reviews. The girl in the background making comments just sounds ditzy and I just can’t! I can see why there isn’t any newer shows.
I’m not sure where to begin but I will manage.
No one wants to hear you eating and chewing throughout any podcast…pineapple & Nutella episode (ugh).
So many ‘uh-huh’s, m-kay’s, and yeaaas that my brain feels scrambled.
Too much random talk not even remotely related to the supposed topics.
It sounds like a disconnect between the women. The super loud, lady makes me feel dumber by the second. And it sounds like the the other woman might be feeling the same thing.

I am a history nerd and obsessed with the French quarter. I was pleased to hear the stories and that they knew the details. Details beyond the common tourist lore. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, give them a try!

There’s just too much chatting going on for me to listen to the story. Could be very good if they would stop all the insignificant talking.
I was so looking forward to hearing all these stories and to get some information (if any) I have to go through 30 mins or blabbering. I really wanted to like this but it’s not my thing
