Beyond the Monsters makes it feel normal to say it out loud. Chell is real with people. She doesn't talk down to anyone, and she lets her guests tell their stories their own way. You can tell she's been through it herself.

I'm 17 and I think people my age need this podcast more than we realize. A lot of us are dealing with hard things and don't know how to bring them up.
Chell talks about mental health and trauma in a way that feels honest, not like a lecture. Her guests are so brave, and hearing them makes it feel less scary to speak up or to check on a friend.
Some episodes are heavy, so know that going in. But it's the good kind of heavy, where you come out feeling more understood.
