  • Truly Uplifting

So far, I have listened to Todd’s interviews with Blu Robinson, Linda Sorensen, and the guys talking about the Wasatch Way and they were all very uplifting; I definitely will make this podcast a regular listening stop. You can hear Todd’s heart for people. I fully embrace his thrust toward finding purpose out of your pain. And I completely agree with the Wasatch principle of making your words-especially those of identity-speak to your future victory and overcoming and not to your past defeat, st... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Brayden Black: Identity Fuels Confidence
Q: If someone is listening to you right now and they're in a dark place, what would you tell them right now?
He responds with a direct reassurance: you are loved, there is nothing inherently wrong with you, and you have wings that can help you fly—urging perseverance and seeking help from those who care.
Brayden Black: Identity Fuels Confidence
Q: What does it look like when you start to shift from self-doubt to a place of belief, and how did that transformation begin for you?
He describes a pivotal moment during a mission and later a trip where he wrote down all the good gifts and strengths he could find, turning a long-standing inner critique into a tangible, empowering list that fueled his coaching career.
Kallie Dalley: The Middle is Where You Become
Q: What does becoming mean to you?
Becoming is realizing you are not damaged, but evolving; it's about embracing a process that turns pain into presence, love, and purpose, and choosing to show up for life and others even in hardship.
Katie Bunnell: Resilience is Built in Unseen Moments
Q: What would you tell someone who is currently struggling and in a dark place?
You are loved. Believe that you are supported by people and by a higher power, and remember that every day is a new chance to begin again and to move toward a better future.
Joe Tuia’ana: Men Don’t Need to Suffer in Silence
Q: What does your data show about why men don't reach out?
Data from thousands of surveys shows a strong fear of burdening loved ones, with only a small percentage comfortable contacting services like 988; the fear of weaponizing emotion and shame also plays a big role.
